Arrival from Dresden:
If you want to travel from Dresden to Königstein in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, it takes about 45 minutes by car via the A17 and B172. However, you can also conveniently arrive by S-Bahn - in about 40 minutes, you will reach your destination.
Arrival from Chemnitz:
If you are heading from Chemnitz to Königstein, you should plan about 1.5 hours by car via the A4. By bus and train, you are on the way for about 2 hours.
