Traveling from Stuttgart: From the state capital, it takes just under 1 hour to reach the towns in the Black Forest. You can reach Baden-Baden both by train and by car in under 1 hour and 30 minutes. It takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes by car along the A8 to get to Bad Herrenalb.
