The WATER AREA spans an incredible 20,000 m², offering everything for an eventful day. Everything revolves around the 7,000 m² swimming lake, which is fed by pure, clean mountain water and is divided into a recreation zone and an action zone. The action zone has three additional sections that are separated by floating bridges: The swimming zone, the splash track, and the sports zone.

But what exactly can you experience here? A lot! For example, you have the chance to try the Deep-Water Soloing Boulder wall. If you exhaust your strength, you can simply fall into the swimming lake. Those who like can also enjoy a rush of speed with the 5 cool slides at the slide park or take the plunge from the 10m diving board. A highlight in the WATER AREA: blobbing. This is a new trend water sport where you are launched closer to the Ötztal sky by a water catapult.

If you want to pull some lines with a wakeboard on the crystal-clear wakeboarding lake, the WAKE AREA is the right place for you. Since 2016, there has been a top modern cable system with 6 tow bars and fantastic obstacles that ensure the right amount of action. Good to know: The necessary special equipment for rafting at AREA 47 (e.g., wetsuit or shoes) is already included in the price. The same goes for the transfer to/from the starting point and access to the WATER AREA throughout the tour day.

Additionally, adventurers can also dive into canyoning and caving, descending into dark tunnels like Indiana Jones or jumping into gorges if they dare. High, higher, CLIMBING AREA! From May to October, you have the chance to showcase your climbing skills in the CLIMBING BASE - adrenaline kick included. A real highlight is the ropes course at AREA 47. It is the highest in Austria and presents numerous challenges for you.

At 27 m high, you will climb various obstacles such as swinging tree trunks and shaky platforms. Below you rushes the white water, flowing through the Ötztal mountains. The climbing tower also invites climbing. It is even the highest of its kind in Austria. It offers routes in all difficulty levels, ensuring that both climbing beginners and climbing professionals can find the right course.

If you want to experience a real rush of speed, be sure to try the Flying Fox and the Mega Swing. These are the two most exciting aerial adventures that guarantee an adrenaline kick. The Flying Fox is a 400 m long zip line that lets you soar across the 20,000 m² WATER AREA. It gets even more thrilling with the Mega Swing, which lives up to its name. Before you enter the swinging movement at around 100 km/h, you'll experience a free fall of 12 m.

In the CLIMBING BASE, you will have the opportunity to explore the many facets of climbing - alone or with an experienced guide.
