Welcome to Resplendence Publishing.
We specialize in romantic fiction, both in e-book and print formats. We consider ourselves to be the first "Boutique" Publisher with a quality over quantity approach. In addition, we provide customer service that is second to none with one goal in mind: keep our readers coming back for more.
We seek the best and brightest authors within the genre because those are the individuals who can deliver the type of high-quality books our readers have come to expect. We are looking for chilling paranormals that make readers shiver in fear and delight, romantic suspense that takes us on a pulse-pounding ride, frantically turning the pages to see what happens next, sultry erotic romance that gives us a vicarious thrill of pleasure and contemporary tales that reflect the lives of today’s romance reader.
For historical romance, we plan to offer stories set in a wide variety of time periods, from the Medieval keep filled with knights (complete with shining armor, of course) and their ladies, to the sparkle and glitz of 1940’s Hollywood.
Thank you for visiting ResplendencePublishing.com. We look forward to filling your lives (and bookshelves) with amazing romantic stories in the years to come.

Hot sex, hot men and hot chocolate chip cookies are some of editor Michele Paulin's favorite things. Add great characters with a captivating plot and she's thrilled. She loves erotic romance - she loves romance, period - and is a sucker for a happy ending. With a background in both English and History, she brings over eight years of editing experience to the Resplendence staff. Michele lives in Michigan with her husband, two kids, the cutest dog ever, and a whole lot of books.
Marti raised her family in Western Michigan but spent several years in Missouri, South Carolina, and briefly in Germany. As an avid reader, she can almost always be found with either a book or a Kindle at her side. She writes both fiction and non-fiction and had a monthly software column in a computer magazine for a couple of years. Helping writers to bring out the best in their stories gives her a deep sense of satisfaction, so being part of the editorial team at Resplendence.
Janice Bennett never intended to be a writer, but with B.A degrees in anthropology and classical civilizations and an M.A. in folklore and mythology, what choice did she have? Her first jobs included the abc’s—archaeology, bookkeeping and college craft instructor. Then she began presenting workshops on a variety of writing topics, teaching novel writing at a community college, serving as a writing panel member at WorldCons and editing. So far, she has written twenty-six novels and more than twenty novellas and received a number of awards, including two Lifetime Achievement awards from Romantic Times. She lives in a tiny, rural town with her husband, far too many cats, a huge dog, a large organic garden—and a computer she swears runs on chocolate chips, not silicon ones, which explains a lot about her.
Venus is an author, a reader, a reviewer and proofreader.
You can blame her parents for her love of reading and her personality! Her first vivid memory is of her mother sitting her down on the potty with a book in her hands. Ever since then she will read anything available including extremely outdated magazines and shampoo bottles (rinse and repeat).
As far as her personality, when one is named for an amatory Roman Goddess she couldn’t help but start reading Harlequin novels when her classmates were still reading Judy Blume.
When she was a teen her father used to yell at her to get outside in the fresh air and she would have to sneak a book down my pant-leg, which was no easy task seeing as she was (and still is) a supreme klutz who trips over her own feet at least twice a day.
She usually has a minimum of four books on the go at the same time. She reads fiction and non-fiction anything she can get her hands on; she loves kilted hotties, demons with hearts of gold, and shapeshifting Alpha males. Her favorite heroines are curvy gals, after all she find them easy to relate to. However her absolute favorites are happily-ever-after romances.

CJ Slate enjoys reading and his family in equal measure most days. Interesting to note, one can always toss out a bad book but the family member remains regardless of their quality. Other activities include spelunking, skydiving and lunar exploration. Hopes and dreams – World Peace and a really big donut.
Kendra loves graphic design and cover art. While pursuing a writing career, she started doing graphic art and became obsessed. Now she can be found at her computer creating, on the couch reading (romance, of course) or having fun with her family.
Chel Hickerty hails from Michigan where she divides her time between family, books and art. She stumbled into digital art quite by accident and found she liked it there. A lot. Now it’s not unusual to find her deep in words or immersed in pictures—and that’s just where she wants to be.
